In order to identify scientific, research and elite projects and turn them into business opportunities and commercial and economic achievements, HICUS Holding has designed a structure called HICUS Technology Plant as a private sector with the following goals:

• Identifying and attracting local elites of the region and forming the elite club.
• Creating capacity and training of efficient specialists and managers to promote meritocracy in businesses.
• Creating the maximum participation of elites to promote, improve and solve existing business problems.
• Taking advantage of domestic elite capacities to create new businesses and industries.
• Developing youth and elite employment and creating new employment potentials.
• Using scientific and elite potentials to solve obstacles and problems in the field of services and industries.
• Attracting the maximum participation of the elites in the decision-making and implementation of the current HICUS projects and the development of the HICUSs project portfolio.
• Preparing selected projects for private sector investment and providing a proper base for commercialization of projects.
