HICUS International Holding started its activity in 2013 with the registration of Knowledge-Based Bita Steel Hirad Industrial Company, which is engaged in consultancy, design and technology activities (such as design and selection of materials, design and manufacture of design and control equipments, design and implementation of advanced industrial systems, troubleshooting and analysis of industrial failures, project management in the field of design and technology, design and technology of advanced industrial parts and equipments), import and export of related products, purchase and sale of raw materials and authorized commercial goods and also design of various processes. After conclusion of the joint comprehensive plan of action (JCPOA) in 2015 and the reduction of international restrictions, with a correct understanding of the industrial and economical needs of the country to attract foreign investors, this company has developed its activities in this direction and issued the official representative license of several European companies. Along the way, and with the use of expert and experienced forces, modern technical knowledge, new and improved technologies and processes are progressed in accordance of the needs of the country. The activities of the holding were developed in such a way that currently, the companies under the holding group in the industries are active in various automotive, oil and energy, agriculture, medicine, capital market, artificial intelligence and digital technologies.
